Mid-term reports are a summary of the condition and cleanliness of a property during a tenants lease. This usually occurs midway through the tenancy lease. It is attended by the tenant and an inventory clerk at a suitable time for the tenant. This report will inform the landlord of any problems with the property and of any repairs that need to be done.
