Mareli Inventory offers a check-in service to check tenants into the property at the beginning of a tenancy with a viable and non-biased inventory report. We will go through the inventory report with the tenant and note down any amendments or areas of concern the tenant may have.

A list of keys will be checked and agreed upon with the tenant, and two copies of the inventory will be signed and checked by the tenant which will then be sent back to the agent/landlord.

We will also inform the tenant of their obligations with regard to the check-out procedure.
